Urpiner Brauerei
Nach viel Arbeit am Projekt geht es nun an das Zusammenfügen aller Teile.
Durch den großen Fortschritt hatten wir uns eine kleine Pause verdient und besuchten die Urpiner Brauerei bei Banska Bystrica.
Als erstes zeigte man uns das Lager, danach ging es in die Produktion. Dort wird das alkoholfreie Nealko produziert. Für uns war der Höhepunkt das Beobachten des Roborterarms, der die Fässer mit einer Leichtigkeit hin und her beförderte. Da kam gleich die Frage auf, wie das wohl in der Programmierung aussieht… Und was man daraus noch alles programmieren kann.
Weiter ging es in die Produktionshalle, in der gerade Dosenbier befüllt wurde. Leider durften wir dort keine Bilder machen.
Die nächste Station waren die Braukessel, riesengroß und leider nicht befüllt. Dort haben wir erfahren, was aus Gerste und Malz alles werden kann. Darum gingen wir gleich weiter in den Keller und durften das leckere, ungefilterte Bier probieren.
Am Ende der Führung wurden wir im Lager noch jeder mit einen Paket von vier verschiedenen Sorten des Bieres verabschiedet.

After a lot of work on our project, it is high time to stick the parts together.
With a huge progress we had a well-deserved break and visited the Urpiner brewery in Banska Bystrica.
First stop was a warehouse, after that the production facility was next. Where the non-alcoholic Nealko got produced. The highlight for us, was the automated robotic arm, who transported the barrels with ease. The question arouse, how does it look in the program… and what was possible to do else with it.
Next was the production hall, where the can beer was filled in. Sadly, we weren´t allowed to take pictures.
The next station was the brewery, the boilers have an enormous size but they were empty. We learnt what can be done with barley and malt. With no hesitation we went into the cellar to have a taste of the unfiltered and delicious beer.
At end of our tour we went into the next warehouse where everyone got a packet with four different sorts of the beer as a farewell gift.
