Projekt-Finale: Präsentation & Abschied
Endlich ist es soweit: der finale Tag unserer Projektarbeit! Um 17 Uhr geht es los – die Teams nehmen die letzten Feinschliffe an ihren Projekten vor, und jeder gibt noch einmal alles. Allen ist klar: Heute muss alles fertig werden. So trafen sich um 9 Uhr ein letztes Mal alle im Speisesaal der Villa Gloria, um alles für den großen Abend vorzubereiten.
Da bei den meisten Projekten nicht mehr viel Arbeit übrig war und wir insgesamt auf einem sehr guten Stand waren, wurde nun zusätzliche Personalkraft in die Bild- und Videoerstellung gesteckt, damit wir sowohl für das Projekt als auch für die Freizeitaktivitäten ein schönes Abschlussvideo haben.
Die LED-Matrix konnte inzwischen zuverlässig GIFs und selbst erstellte Bilder darstellen – unabhängig von der Auflösung. Wir haben vor Ort Fotos von uns gemacht und die verschiedenen Porträts anschließend als GIF auf der 32 × 32 Matrix abgespielt. Geplant war, diese Funktion auch bei der Präsentation vorzuführen, mit freiwilligen Fotos der SOS-IT-Lehrer.
Das Reaktionsspiel und das Abstandsmessungs-Spiel wurden vor der Präsentation noch einmal getestet und so vorbereitet, dass unsere Gäste die beiden Spiele selbst ausprobieren konnten.

Finally, the time has come: the final day of our project work! At 5 p.m. the big event begins – the teams are putting the finishing touches on their projects, and everyone is giving their very best. Everyone knows: today everything has to be ready. At 9 a.m., all participants gathered one last time in the dining hall of Villa Gloria to prepare everything for the big evening.
Since most projects required only minor work and we were overall in a very good position, additional manpower was directed toward creating photos and videos so that we would have a beautiful final video showcasing both the project and the leisure activities.
The LED Matrix was now able to reliably display GIFs and self-created images, regardless of resolution. We took photos of ourselves on site and played the various portraits as a GIF on the 32 × 32 matrix. The plan was to demonstrate this feature during the presentation as well, using voluntary photos of the SOS-IT teachers.
The reaction game and the distance-measuring game were tested once again before the presentation and prepared so that our guests could try out both games themselves.
